Philanthropy
The Martini Foundation
Giving back to the communities and places that have made our work possible.
Our Purpose
Built on the belief that those who shape a community have a responsibility to sustain it.
The Martini Foundation is the philanthropic expression of the values that define the Martini Family of Companies. It was established with a simple conviction: that those who build, develop, and steward exceptional property in a community have a responsibility to give back to that community in meaningful and lasting ways.
Houston has been the foundation of everything we have built. Its neighborhoods, institutions, and people have shaped our work and our values. The Martini Foundation is our commitment to that city — to the places and communities that have made our work possible, and to the generations that will inherit them.
The Foundation focuses its giving in areas where sustained investment can produce enduring change: education, community development, conservation, and the arts. We seek partnerships with organizations that share our long-term orientation and our belief that what is built should last.
Areas of Focus
Education
Supporting access to quality education for young people in Houston — through scholarships, mentorship programs, and partnerships with institutions that share our commitment to long-term impact.
Community Development
Investing in the neighborhoods and communities that define Houston — through initiatives that strengthen civic life, support local organizations, and build lasting infrastructure.
Conservation
Protecting the natural environments and green spaces that give Houston its character — through land stewardship, conservation partnerships, and support for environmental organizations.
Arts & Culture
Sustaining the cultural institutions and creative communities that enrich life in Houston — through support for the arts, historic preservation, and the organizations that bring them to life.
Our Commitment
"We build for the long term — not only in the properties we create, but in the communities we serve."
