Ashton Martini is the Founder and Chairman of The Martini Family of Companies. He leads the organization's long-term direction and the continued development of its portfolio of specialized businesses. His work spans real estate advisory, residential development, design, brand strategy, and the creation of companies serving significant properties throughout their life cycle.

As Managing Partner of Martini & Co. Real Estate Advisors, Ashton has built a real estate career exceeding $1 billion in Houston sales, with new construction representing the majority of his work. He began his career as a top-producing agent at Martha Turner, later became a founding agent of Compass Houston, and founded Martini & Co. Real Estate Advisors in 2024.

A Galveston native raised in a multigenerational Texas family with longstanding ties to real estate, hospitality, and entrepreneurship, Ashton brings a legacy perspective to the organization. His leadership is grounded in personal relationships, thoughtful design, and the belief that a home, a landscape, and a company should all be created with the intention to endure.
